Author’s Note: Homework: An amazing breathing exercise from my reader Kamz who is a mindfulness meditation teacher! It’s called the 3 breath hug. Hug someone (a pet or a loved one, and breathe together for three breaths). I LOVED this one, and Kamz says that when you do this one with another human, it can activate your parasympathetic nervous system. Awesome stuff… thanks Kamz!
