To be honest, there are times that I delay sleep for something that isn’t even that important (“Oh, hmm, let me see what’s new on Instagram”) Here’s the thing: Sleep is incredibly important for your physical and mental health. This week, ask yourself if you ever cut sleep short. Try to go to bed early or treat yourself to sleeping in. Take care of yourself… the world only gets one of YOU and I’m glad you are here!
